Rates: All rates are FAP, which includes accommodations, three meals per day, plus early morning coffee and afternoon tea, room service, and all facilities of the Resort. Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to a 10 percent service charge in lieu of tipping and a 10 percent VAT (government tax) totaling 20%. The resort is closed during September and October.
Barbados Airport, Security Service Tax: Effective Feb. 1, 2007, Barbados has imposed a Security Service Tax of US$30 per person, payable in cash at the airline counter prior to departure.

Connecting Flights: The scheduled flight between Barbados and Union Island is $180.00* per person, one way and is arranged on a share basis with guests arriving on any given day grouped for a common departure time. Flying time is 55 minutes.

*Airline Rates are subject to change without notice, and will be charged at cost according to current airline rates.

  Deposits: Reservations must be secured by a deposit in the amount covering three nights' accommodations. The deposit is applied to the first night and the last two nights of the reservation. Deposits are refundable upon written cancellation received by our Florida office or by the Leading Hotels of the World, no later than 30 days before intended arrival.

Tipping: A 10% service charge is added to the room and beverage rates. Further gratuities are not expected.

Settlement of Accounts: Accounts may be settled with cash, traveler's checks, personal checks, or major credit cards.

Currency: U.S. dollars, francs, pounds sterling, and E.C. (Eastern Caribbean currency) are used.
