About Jambalaya
Jambalaya is a “dream come true” for Captain Jeff Stevens. Three years in the building and launched in 2002, this schooner is completely handcrafted from native woods grown on the islands of Carriacou, Grenada, Petit St. Vincent, and mainland Guyana by the last master shipwrights on the island. She is the first Antillean schooner to be produced on Carriacou in many years; once the great centers of wooden boat construction in the Caribbean.

Jambalaya blends the best of traditional wooden boat construction with the latest nautical technology and luxuries. Come join the very experienced and convivial crew who share the love of sailing, and who will encourage you, the discerning traveler, to join in for the sailing adventure of a lifetime.
